Activities on-site and in the area

The swimming pool is brand new! Remember to pack your bathing suit (careful: no shorts allowed, only swim briefs). Our snack bar is open daily for drinks and takeaway food (pizzas, roast chicken, burgers, ice cream, paninis etc). Next to it, a pétanque area and a ping pong table will keep kids young and old occupied. Upon request, we offer a range of artistic and sporting activities for children that take place in the morning, in both French and English.

The immediate area…

Many bike rides are possible from the campsite and the setting is perfect for walks in the middle of nature.

Near the campsite, the beautiful Étang de Saint Saud with its supervised swimming area is just 1.5km away. This beautiful 30 acre tourist site in an unspoilt setting is perfectly equipped for swimmers, water sports, walkers, families and fishing.

It is home to several aquatic plant species and animals such as water birds and fish

Many sporting and cultural activities are avilable in the surrounding area, not to mention some magnificent tourist sites such as the Grotte de Villars, and the towns of Brantôme and Jumilhac. Limoges, Angoulême and Périgueux are an hour’s drive away.
